One miracle is walking downstairs
in the dark
and finding
that your gigantic Christmas
tree,
is still
standing.
Tying it to the ceiling beams seems to have worked!
Another miracle is turning on the lights.
But the real miracles, of course, are having here, to help decorate the tree,
a few of the people you love most.
